Sean Osborne
Owner & Coach (11U & 15U), Catching

Osborne currently runs the Hounds organization and is an assistant varsity coach at Providence Catholic. In 2005, Osborne's collegiate baseball career began as a member of the Mesa Community College Thunderbirds. At Mesa, Osborne participated in the 2005 and 2006 Junior College World Series and performed at a high level with a .347 batting average in the Arizona Community College Athletic Conference, which is a wood bat conference. His Alma Mater MCC and former coach Tony Cirelli won the 2014 World Series.. 

Rami Alul
Director of Hitting Technology & Coach (13U & 15U)
 

Rami played on the hounds travel teams during his junior & senior seasons of high school. A 2017 graduate of Lemont high school, Rami continued his academic & baseball pursuits at Waubonsee CC in Sugar Grove, IL. Thereafter completing his bachelors in MIS at DePaul University in Chicago. Rami has experience working on projects for the hitting staff of the Chicago White Sox as well as working in the team's player development department during the 2021 minor league season. Rami currently works as a lab intern for the Director of Biomechanics for Midwest Orthopedics @ Rush, Brittany Dowling. Rami has experience working with hitters from the amateur to professional levels. Demonstrated ability to apply technology & biomechanics into practice structure for the Hounds high school age groups. Rami also researches & tests training methods to ensure that effective development is taking place.

Bill Miller, CSCS
Sport Performance Director

Bill is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist based out of the Chicagoland area. He works mostly with baseball, golf and javelin athletes on becoming more powerful for their sport. He’s trained athletes from the youth levels all the way up to D-1 and MLB players. With a passion for measuring and developing explosive power in training, he has written two books- Swing Fast: A Guide To Developing Rotational Power and Throw Fast: A Guide To Developing Throwing Power. 

Mark Chagnon
Coach (14U & 15U)

Mark Chagnon played for Orland Park Sparks Travelers from the ages of 10U to 16U.  Chagnon attended Providence Catholic High School in New Lenox all four years and was named All-Conference his Senior year of high school.  After high school, Chagnon attended Eastern Illinois University in Charlston and played under Coach Jimmy Schmitz all four years in the Ohio Valley Conference.  Chagnon was named First Team All Conference in 2005, 2006, 2007 and First Team All Region in 2006.  Chagnon was the top ten in career average on base percent and at bats for Eastern Illinois Panthers.

Ben Caple
Fall Ball Coordinator & Coach (1
0U & 15U)

Ben Caple grew up in San Diego where he was a 3-year letter winner at one of the nations most dominant programs, Rancho Bernardo High School. He was 1st team C.I.F. in Southern California his senior year as the Broncos finished with a top-five national ranking by Baseball America. Caple went on to play one year at Palomar CC in San Marcos, CA where was named  1st-team All Pacific Coast Conference his freshman year. The following fall, he was selected to play in the California Junior College All-Star game. Caple used a medical redshirt his sophomore year after tearing his hamstring early on in the spring, but still went on to play three seasons at Indiana State University under Head Coach, Lindsay Meggs.
